Calvin McDonald is the Chief Executive Officer of The Wella Company. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of lululemon athletica inc. from 2018 to 2026. Prior to that time, he served as president and CEO of Sephora Americas, a division of the LVMH group of luxury brands, from 2013 to 2018. Mr. McDonald was President and CEO of Sears Canada from 2011-2013, and spent 17 years at Loblaw Companies Limited, the largest retailer in Canada, where he was born and raised. From 2016-2020, he served on the Board of Directors of Cole Haan. Mr. McDonald is a growth-oriented leader with a proven track record helping large organizations scale and innovate how brands engage with customers – in stores, across digital channels, and from their home. Mr. McDonald has been a Director of the Company since 2021.
