Tinisha Agramonte serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Opportunity & Inclusion Officer at The Walt Disney Company, where she leads the company’s Opportunity & Inclusion strategy and partners closely with leaders and teams across all segments to foster a culture rooted in belonging. She joined Disney in 2022 as Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Talent Outreach & Development within Disney Experiences and advanced to her current role in 2023, reflecting her impactful leadership and vision.
With more than three decades of experience spanning both public and private sectors, Tinisha has a proven track record of designing and implementing transformative inclusion initiatives. Notably, she pioneered the First-Generation Professionals program in the federal government, setting a new standard for workforce inclusion and opportunity. Her strategic, data-driven approach has resulted in industry-recognized best practices and delivered measurable positive change for organizations operating on a global scale.
Before joining Disney, Tinisha held senior executive positions at Motorola Solutions and various federal agencies, where she was instrumental in shaping policies and strategies that enriched organizational culture and advanced inclusive leadership. She holds a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from California State East Bay. In addition, she has served as adjunct faculty at Chapman University and Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base, teaching advanced courses in personnel management — a testament to her passion for cultivating human-centric leadership and operational excellence.
