Disney Celebrates 60th Anniversary on the New York Stock Exchange

Today Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger and Mickey Mouse rang The NYSE Opening Bell to begin the trading day. This special visit was in celebration of The Walt Disney Company’s 60th anniversary as a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Walt Disney Company, then known as Walt Disney Productions, joined the New York Stock Exchange in November 1957.
