This weekend, Disney Sports hosted the first-ever Disney Fit Challenge at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World. This three-day event was the ultimate test of speed, strength, endurance and power for athletes from more than 30 states and four countries. Contestants were divided into competitive divisions to effectively test their fitness abilities against peers of similar ages and skill level. Workouts included strength tests and cardio-respiratory endurance, as well as traditional push-ups, squats and sit-ups. The weekend wrapped up with several high-fives and sweaty hugs as athletes returned home to prepare for the next Disney Sports event.
