U.S. News & World Report this week named Disney Cruise Line both the “Best Cruise Line for Families” and the “Best Cruise Line in the Caribbean.” This marks the eighth consecutive year the publication has recognized Disney Cruise line with these two honors.
Well-known for its consumer advice, analysis and ratings, U.S. News & World Report bases its cruise line rankings on a number of factors including ship quality, reputation among travelers, itinerary offerings and results from health assessments conducted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In its latest report, U.S. News & World Report said Disney Cruise Line’s fleet—Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish (set to debut in June 2022)—“receive kudos from families and critics alike for their kid-friendly atmospheres, whimsical amenities and well-equipped staterooms. The theme of Disney cruises is understated enough that sentimental adults looking to reconnect with their childhood fantasies will enjoy sailing just as much as the kids.”
Celebrating the honor in a memo to employees, Thomas Mazloum, President, Disney Signature Experiences, wrote, “While it’s no surprise that Disney Cruise Line is singled out for delivering an exceptional experience—after all, our cast and crew are the best!—I know we are all humbled and honored to again be called tops in our industry.”
Whether guests are after a Bahamian cruise from Port Canaveral or a trip to the Mexican Riviera out of San Diego, Disney Cruise Line offers magical vacation experiences around the world.
