For its fifth consecutive year, The Walt Disney Company was recently selected as one of Chapman University’s Top Employers of 2023. The company was recognized for its ongoing commitment to higher education, and for its high-impact participation in recruiting activities and continued industry partnership and engagement.
Chapman University alumni and students can be found throughout the company, which is only a few miles away from Disneyland Resort. Leaders from Disneyland Resort were in attendance to receive the award during Chapman’s State of the University Address, hosted by Chapman University President Daniele Struppa.
“As an alum, it makes me proud to see Disney and my alma mater working together to strengthen the community of Chapman students and grads,” said Sonia Coleman, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company. “At Disney, we’re committed to investing in the development of our employees, and the company’s consistent engagement with the university’s programs is just one example of that commitment.”
