The Walt Disney Company earned a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF). This is the 13th consecutive year that Disney has received top marks on the report, which evaluates corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality. HRCF recognized Disney as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
The 2019 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including workforce protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits and public engagements with the LGBTQ community. Disney satisfied all of CEI’s criteria and has consistently met the evolving standards for a perfect score.
